Here are a few things to consider as add-ons for your shoot.
Option to have a freshly painted Cyc floor and curve if you require a clean pristine cyc floor on the White Cyc, Green Screen or Black Cyc. Cycs will be "as is" with prior use and clients are able to use the space "as is" and leave "as is" with no additional fees. The walls are always fine. This is only recommended if you require a cyc floor without prior use.

There is a $75/vehicle fee for access to our roll-up door if you plan on bringing in vehicles into our cyc areas for shooting.
If you plan to remove our tarps and drive the vehicle on the cyc floor without it, there will be another $75 fee beyond that. There is no second $75 fee if you just drive the vehicle inside and on the tarp.
Although the floors are not clean without the repaint option, tire marks go beyond normal wear-and-tear footprints. This fee is waived if you add the repaint option.
Our included Black Cyc includes a One-Wall black cyc in the space. We offer the option of adding an additional wall on the right and/or left of the cyc to create a 2 or 3-wall Black Void.
This is achieved by using 20' x 20' Black Solids (Duvetyne), hung above from our grid.

Space has a good amount of free 20-amp Edison outlet power distributed on walls. This is suficient for 99% of shoots.
The camlock option is available for bigger power needs, a more organized power distribution and larger fixtures such as 5Ks. This is dedicated box with 150 amps of power and a Distro package.

Base studio rate includes several support rooms including a lobby area, makeup and wardrobe room, green room, kitchen area and 2 bathrooms.
There is an additional conference room in our lobby area, that is available as a rental for clients that need more space than what's included.

Overtime is $175/hour after the booking ends.
